How Sauna Bath House handles your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Sauna Bath House is operated by Sauna Bath House Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202428941D), a company registered in Singapore at 50 Raffles Place, #B1-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Site analytics & ad measurement. Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics, and ad-performance signals via the Meta Pixel and Google tags, collected automatically when you browse the site.
• Bookings & purchases. Your name, email, and the package or trial you buy. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Enquiries. The contact details and message you send when you email, call, or message us.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags) to measure site traffic and ad performance. They help us understand which pages and campaigns work; they do not change how the site functions. You can block or clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings or a content blocker – the site works exactly the same without them. To withdraw consent to analytics or marketing data collection, you can also email our Data Protection Officer (below).

Who we share it with

Only the providers that actually run our service: Stripe (payments), Hapana (bookings, packages, and membership credits), Google (Analytics traffic measurement and ads measurement) and Meta (ad measurement) – plus anyone we are required to share with by law. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under the PDPA

You can ask us to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing or analytics, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at hello@saunabathhouse.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
