Sauna Bath House is operated by Sauna Bath House Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202428941D), a company registered in Singapore at 50 Raffles Place, #B1-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Site analytics. Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics – only if you accept cookies.
• Bookings & purchases. Your name, email, and the package or trial you buy. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Enquiries. The contact details and message you send when you email, call, or message us.

Cookies & analytics

We show a cookie banner on your first visit. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept. If you Decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can clear the choice any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that actually run our service: Stripe (payments), Hapana (bookings, packages, and membership credits), and Google Analytics (anonymous traffic measurement) – plus anyone we are required to share with by law. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under the PDPA

You can ask us to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing or analytics, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at hello@saunabathhouse.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
